Privacy Policy
- Kayıp Canavar does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data.
- The app never connects to the internet. The Android version requests no permissions at all, not even internet access.
- There are no ads, analytics, tracking, crash reporting or third-party services.
- There are no accounts, log-ins, chat or in-app purchases.
- Game progress is kept only on the device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Kayıp Canavar app developed by P9 Games (Android and macOS versions, including the Card Game, Maze and Sled games) and the kayipcanavar.com.tr website.
2. Who is responsible
Kayıp Canavar is developed by P9 Games, a brand of PlanDokuz Film Yapım. For any questions, requests or complaints about this policy, please write to info@plandokuz.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
3. Information we do not collect
The app does not ask for, read or send any of the following from the child or the device:
- Name, age, date of birth, email, phone number, address or photos
- Location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, files or clipboard
- Advertising ID (AAID/IDFA), device ID, IMEI, MAC address or other identifiers
- Usage statistics, analytics or crash reports
There are no forms, text fields or questions about name or age in the app. The player's only "identity" in the game is the monster they pick.
4. Game information kept on the device
So the game can remember where you left off, the following is stored only in the device's own storage (SharedPreferences on Android, UserDefaults on Mac):
| Information | Example |
|---|---|
| Settings | Language, music and sound on/off, game speed, difficulty, end-of-game rule |
| Game choices | Chosen monster, last number of players |
| Statistics | Rounds played and won, pair counters in the album |
| Maze | Unlocked levels and the star result for each level |
| Sled | Record distances, total distance slid, distance and date of the last 30 rides |
This information is not personal data, never leaves the device and never reaches us. On Android, cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off. To delete it, simply uninstall the app or clear the app's data in the device settings.
5. Internet connection and permissions
- Android: The app requests no permissions. Without the internet permission, Android blocks all network access for the app at system level. All game files are inside the app package.
- macOS: The app runs inside Apple's App Sandbox. Apple's web component (WebKit) carries a technical network entitlement that it needs in order to run in the sandbox; the game does not use it. Content is loaded only from the app package and every connection to outside addresses is blocked.
- On both platforms, a Content Security Policy forbids connections to any address outside the app's own package.
6. Ads, analytics and third parties
The app contains no ads, ad networks, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools. It does not connect to any third-party service, including Google Play Services. The only external library in the package is the open-source 3D graphics library three.js (MIT licence), which does not use the network. Fonts are embedded in the app and are not downloaded from the internet.
7. Sharing and sale of information
Because we collect no information, we do not share, sell, rent or transfer any information to anyone, in any country.
8. Children's privacy
Kayıp Canavar is designed for preschool and primary-school children. No personal data is collected from children, knowingly or otherwise. The app is designed not to collect data, with the Google Play Families Policy, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in mind.
9. Your rights
Under the KVKK and the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. Because the app keeps no data about you, we hold no records relating to you; you can delete the game information on the device at any time by uninstalling the app. For any questions, write to info@plandokuz.com.
10. Website
kayipcanavar.com.tr uses no cookies, analytics, ads or tracking tools; fonts and images are served by the site itself, not by outside providers. The site is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and operational purposes. If you email us, your email address and message are used only to reply to you.
11. Changes
If a feature that processes data is ever added to the app, this page will be updated before that feature is released, and the date at the top will change.
